Shipping & Delivery.

Generally, Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt.

Orders shipped to destinations within the UK generally arrive between 1-2 business days of dispatch and orders shipped to international destinations generally arrive within 4-5 business days of dispatch.

Please note that these delivery windows are estimates only. Please allow more time for dispatch, shipment and delivery during holiday seasons or other busy periods.

(For our purposes, a “business day” is a working weekday, for example when banks in London are open for business.)

Delivery method.

We use Royal Mail Signed for First Class for both domestic and international delivery. All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require signature on delivery. Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address(es) when placing an Order.

Shipping costs.

We currently, have two flat rates, £8 for destinations within the UK & £14 for all other destinations. Please note that the costs listed are estimates only and we reserve the right to charge you for any additional shipping costs incurred.

Import duties & taxes.

Your Order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches your destination. You are fully responsible for these charges. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

Title & risk.

You own the items in your Order once we have received payment in full, including any applicable shipping or delivery charges. Delivery is complete once the items in your Order have been unloaded and signed for at the address for delivery set out in your Order. The items will be at your risk from that time.

Events outside our control.

We will not be liable or responsible for any delivery delays or failures caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability.

If we fail to deliver your Order, our liability is limited to the cost of obtaining replacement items of a similar description and quality in the cheapest market available, less the price of the items. However, we will not be liable to the extent that any failure to deliver was caused by an act or event beyond our reasonable control or because you failed to provide adequate delivery instructions (or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of goods).
