Returns & Exchanges.

It's important to us that you love your Shapes - if you wish to return or exchange your items, get in touch at hola.shapes@gmail.com and we'll do our best to make things right for you.

Please remember that we are a small business crafting pieces by hand, so exchanges are based on stock availability. We will email you to confirm we have received your notification, then provide instructions on returning or exchanging items.


Cooling-off period.

You have the right to return your items and receive a full refund during the 14-day “cooling-off period”. The cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your Order. To exercise  your rights during the cooling-off period, please notify us by email within 14 days days of receiving your Order. Your request is effective from the date you send us an email request or post the letter to us. For example, you will have given us notice in time e.g. posting your letter on the last day of the cooling-off period, or emailing us before midnight on that day.


Damaged goods.

We do our best to ensure your items are delivered as securely as possible, but sometimes, the unexpected happens and a rare breakage may occur. If you receive damaged goods, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to replace them. Make sure all relevant documentation is saved so that we can make an insurance claim.


Ineligible items.

Items must be in the condition in which you received them to be eligible for returns or exchanges. If we find that the items have not been returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances (including during the cooling-off period) for sale items, items that are customised or made-to-order or items we classify as “intimate items” for health and hygiene reasons (such as earrings).


Return & exchange window.

Once we have confirmed acceptance of your return or exchange, you have 14 days to send the items back to the address indicated in our instructions. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 days from delivery of the returned items. Responsibility for safe delivery is yours. Please ensure that the items are returned to us using a signed-for delivery service. Except for returns of faulty or damaged items, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.


Packaging.

Please ensure that items you send back to us are safely packaged in their original packaging. You will be responsible for any damage to items in transit caused by improper packaging.


Gifts.

Please note that refunds for items purchased as gifts will be remitted to the original purchaser.
